The Fitness Company aims to promote a healthy attitude towards personal fitness and to encourage it to become an integral part of your life and your family’s life. Recognising that it isn’t always easy to fit exercise into a busy routine, we offer packages to suit your needs and your lifestyle.
Claire set up the Fitness Company in 2012 having left a career in the finance industry, to pursue her passion for promoting fitness and mental well-being through exercise. As a result of her previous career, Claire appreciates how difficult it can be to juggle a mixture of work, family and personal commitments and she is therefore committed to helping you to fit a healthy balance of exercise into your life.
Claire has nearly a decade of experience working with clients to improve their health and fitness.
She is a qualified Personal Trainer/Advanced Fitness Instructor (Level 3) and Gym Instructor with specialist qualifications in Ante and Post Natal Fitness Instructing, GP referrals, Nutrition and Fitness Assessment.
Before any fitness program commences, Claire will go through a full health and lifestyle questionnaire together with your medical history. This will help to ensure that your program is completely targeted to your individual needs and any specific medical needs. In some instances it may be necessary to gain assurance from your GP regarding specific issues.
The Fitness Company will come to your home/office/park nearby to help you achieve your goals.
Claire provides all the equipment and will devise a structured plan to help you address the areas you wish to target.
