Join one of our Fitness Bootcamps to exercise in a fun and encouraging environment with other like minded individuals.
The sessions are aimed at helping you get moving, get fit and feel great! We will work on cardio, strength and core exercises and each session is planned with variety and inclusivity in mind, meaning that you are welcome to join in whatever your current level of fitness.
Sessions are £5 per hour and work on a pay as you go basis so there is no weekly commitment.
