I didn't know what a plank was 6 months ago and now my pb is just short of 3 mins. Claire is my hour of much needed therapy once a week - physical and mental!

I've been working out 1:1 with Claire for a few years now. She's brilliant! I love that each session's content is unique and keeps me on my toes. I feel fitter, my core is stronger, and it's great for my mental health too. Highly recommend!

I have done both bootcamps and personal training sessions with Claire. I carry an injury in my shoulders and neck. Claire has helped me build up my muscles around this area to better manage my injuries. This has in turn also helped me to improve my posture.
Claire ensures each week is varied and fun. Two weeks are never the same. My timed plank has gone from around 30 seconds to just over 2 minutes.
Claire is supportive and encouraging helping keep classes positive and motivational.

Claire has been my personal trainer for over two years now. It's been a fabulous time, where she has managed to get me into shape. Changing my program regularly, as my fitness level has increased. She is a great trainer and a lovely person.
Through lockdown we met over Skype, which helped get through that horror!! Training outside is fantastic for both mental and physical health. I would highly recommend Claire.
